Ingredients
- 2 large onions chopped
- 2 fresh long red chillies chopped
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 2kg diced lamb leg
- 1 tbsp coriander
- 3 tbsp oil (sunflower)
Method
- Blend chilli, garlic, onion and 125ml water to a fine pulp.
- Strain mixture into a bowl keeping the liquid.
- Add coriander, 1 1/2 tbsp salt and 2 tsp pepper to liquid.
- Marinate the lamb in the liquid overnight or minimum 3 hours.
- Grill for approx 7 minutes.
