2 green apples
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp lemon Juice (juice of half a lemon)
Splash of water (approx 1/2 cup)
Peal green apples and roughly cube.
Place apples in pot, add sugar, cinnamon, lemon stir.
Then add a water.
Simmer on a medium-low heat for 5-10 with lid off, stirring occasionally. Until the apples start to brake down and become jammy but not liquid.
Serve with pancakes, oats or ice cream. Keeps in the fridge for a week.
