Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter (salted, doesn't matter)
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- milk
- cheese, grated (tasty or some soft cheddar, edam does in a pinch)
Method
- Add butter to a saucepan, melt on low heat
- Add plain flour to make a paste
- Splash in some milk, stirring
- Add grated cheese, still stirring
- Carefully add more milk, bit by bit until desired thickness (while stirring)
