Ingredients
- 500g minced beef
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp condensed milk (optional, secret sauce)
- 1/4 tsp cayenne powder (optional)
- large pinch of salt
Method
- Mix everything together until combined, adding only half the bread crumbs.
- If mixture appears to wet then gradually add bread crumbs till the correct consistency.
- Break mixture into 6 balls.
- Squash mixture tightly together to avoid air pockets.
- Squash patty’s to an even 1cm thickness.
- Grill for 5 minutes each side.
