Ingredient
- 1/4 cup plain flour
- 1 + 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp or shot of coffee
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 200g dark chocolate chips
- 200g milk chocolate chips
Method
- Pre-heat oven 180c.
- Line tin with baking paper.
- Melt the milk chocolate carefully to avoid burning.
- Mix butter and sugar together in a mixer.
- Then add eggs and vanilla beat together for 1-2 minutes until fluffy and light in colour.
- Stir in melted chocolate and coffee.
- Sift flour, cocoa powder and salt into the wet ingredients.
- Stir through chocolate chips, being careful not to over stir as it will become cakey.
- Pour into the tray until evenly spread thickness.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
