Ingredients
- 175g butter softened
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups of self raising flour
- 100g dark choc chips
- 50g milk choc chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 150c
- Mix sugar butter and eggs together till creamy
- Then stir in flour and choc chips
- Spoon small amounts as it expands onto baking paper lined tray
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, shouldn’t have too much colour
- Leave to cook, they will harden as they cool
