1 1/4 cup plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup caster sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla essences
1/2 tbsp soft butter
1/2 cup of milk
Plus extra sugar and cinnamon for coating
Beat eggs, then add butter vanilla and milk, beat for 30 seconds.
In a separate bowl, sift together all dry ingredients.
Add in the wet ingredients and beat until smooth
Fill a donut dispenser with batter and deep fry at 185c.
Then roll fresh donuts in cinnamon and sugar.
