Ingredients
- 2kg tomatoes- chopped
- 1kg red onion- chopped
- 400ml red wine vinegar
- 600g brown sugar
- Couple teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- Chilli flakes- approx teaspoon (to taste)
- Salt… probably 2 teaspoon
- Smoke juice - 1 teaspoon
Method
- Mix all in pot on stove
- Simmer until reduced and jam like
- Bottle
