Ginger & Walnut Icecream

Ingredient

  • 1L thick whipped cream
  • 500ml condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp cooking caramel
  • 2 tbsp ground ginger
  • 60 chopped walnuts

Method

  1. Blend the cream, condensed milk, caramel, and ginger in a food processor for 3-4 minutes or when peaks start to form.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a clean bowl and fold in walnuts.
  3. Transfer to an airtight container with the lid on, cover the surface of the icecream with clingwrap to avoid ice crystals forming.
  4. Place in the freezer for at least 10 hours.
