Heat oven to 180c.
roughly chop basil, tomatoes and chorizos, dice red onion.
Mix in a large tray or casserole dish the Gnocchi, cream, pesto, onion, basil, tomatoes, garlic and chorizo. Adding some salt and pepper to taste.
Grate Parmesan on top and bake for 1 hour or until gnocchi is soft but crispy on top.
