Ingredients

• 2 rows of good quality milk chocolate (we use Whittakers - good cocoa content)
• 1/2 cup full cream milk

Method

1. Melt chocolate in a pot on low simmer with the milk.
2. Whisk continuously until melted and combined.
3. Serve with extra chocolate for dipping.
