Ingredients
1 tin chickpeas
1/2 cup iced water
1/2 tahini
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 clove of garlic
Method
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Taste, add additional salt and lemon to taste.
