Hummus - Work in progress

Ingredients

  • 1 tin chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup iced water
  • 1/2 tahini
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 clove of garlic

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Taste, add additional salt and lemon to taste.
