Ingredient

• 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  
• 1 tsp dijon mustard
• 1/4 cup of olive oil
• Pinch of salt
  
• A couple cracks of pepper
  

Method

1. Put all ingredients in a jar and shake thoroughly, until combined.
   
2. Store in the fridge.
