Ingredient
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 garlic clove
- Generous squeeze of honey
- Crack of pepper
Method
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Store in a jar in the fridge - will last 3 weeks.
