Miso Soup

Ingredients

  • 250ml dashi stock
  • 1 tbsp white miso
  • 1/2 tbsp mirin
  • 1 inch chopped wakame
  • 50g (ish) silken tofu

This makes one serving.

Method

  1. Add dashi, miso, and mirin to a saucepan
  2. Bring to a boil
  3. Add diced tofu to the serving bowls
  4. Pour over the soup and serve!
