Ingredients
- 250ml dashi stock
- 1 tbsp white miso
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1 inch chopped wakame
- 50g (ish) silken tofu
This makes one serving.
Method
- Add dashi, miso, and mirin to a saucepan
- Bring to a boil
- Add diced tofu to the serving bowls
- Pour over the soup and serve!
