Ingredients
- 1 cup plain flour
- 2 cups self raising flour
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup oil
- Raspberries or sliced apples for flavour
- 1 tbsp brown sugar (for topping)
Method
- Pre-heat oven 175c
- Mix flour, sugar, oil, and milk until just combined (don’t over mix)
- Stir through fruits
- Line a (not greased) muffin tray with squares of baking paper
- Fill each muffin hole up to 1/4
- Sprinkle top of muffins with brown sugar and a few apple slices (if using apples)
- Cook for 25-30 mins
