Ingredients
- 1 bunch Broccolini
1 tbsp of slithered almond - 1 tsp of truffle salt or good quality flaked salt
- 1/4 tsp of minced garlic
Method
- Steam broccolini for 7-10mins until just cooked
- Heat pan with butter and garlic
- Place broccolini in pan, crisp on both side 2 mins each side approx
- Sprinkle salt over broccolini and toss.
- Toast up almonds until blonde
- Serve broccolini with almonds on top
