Teriyaki Stir fry

Ingredients

Stir fry beef, or sliced beef
1/2-1 cup of Teriyaki sauce
Generous amount of snow peas
1/2 bunch of garlic shoots
A serve of dried noodles
Handful of fresh red chilies
1 tsp minced ginger (optional, add freshness)
1 tbsp cornstarch (if needed for thickening)
oil for cooking

Method

Cook noodle and drain as specified on the packet.
Chop garlic shoots into 2-3cm chunks.
Remove any stems from Snow peas.
Slice meat (if required)
Heat up wok to high heat.
Add generous splash of oil, add beef slices cook till just no rare.
Add teriyaki sauce, ginger and garlic shoots Stir to coat evenly.
Continue cooking on high heat, till sauce starts to thicken (approx 2-3mins). If sauce is not thickening add cornstarch and stir thoroughly.
Add Snow peas, chilies and noodles. Stir and toss for further minute.
Server hot!
