Ingredients
- 60ml whisky
- 30ml lemon juice
- 30ml sugar syrup
- 1/2 egg white
- bitters
- ice
- red wine
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker (except ice + wine)
- Shake it good
- Add ice
- Shake again
- Pour into a glass
- Gently pour red wine over the back of a spoon
Notes
- Add a big ice cube to the glass for extra fancy
- Don't use a pinot, shiraz or cab sav works best
- 30ml is 1 fl/oz, also "1 shot" if using a bartender measure
