Ingredients
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 100g butter cubed
- 2 tbsp water (or more, idk really, it's a guess)
Method
- Add the flour and butter to a bowl
- Rub the butter through the flour until combined, like a coarse powder
- Squeeze a handful of the mixture, it should only just hold and crumble a little
- Incrementally and carefully splash in water and loosely mix it together until the mixture is a dry ragged dough
- Take clumps and roll into 1-inch balls
